In my entire life of online shopping, I've never experienced anything quite so insufferable.The customer support team were less than capable of handling the matter at hand, given the number of times they kept repeating the same information and offering no solution.After an initial order of a printed tapestry canvas, the results were fine - the print came out aligned on the canvas as you would expect. Anything less than 100% alignment would make the product unusable, hence why all of the photos they offer also show full alignment.Having completed the "test print", we decided to do a bigger order, circa £400 worth. This time, over 75% of the prints were completely unusable, sometimes up to 10 holes out from aligned (for those non-needlepointers, this would be the equivalent of feeding a piece of paper into a printer at 45 degrees...).This happened in early December. I sent a friendly email asking for a refund for the order as obviously the product supplied is not as advertised.The initial email response, and the further 6, were spent telling me how their printing process couldn't guarantee alignment. Unfortunately, that's part of the methodology they use. This simply makes no sense. The product requires alignment, otherwise, it's not fit-for-purpose, but alas, I went with it and accepted that it must have been a quality assurance issue during the printing process.Through the first chain of 20 emails and over 6 weeks after reaching out, we finally settled on offering a reprint of the full order, making sure that this time there were extra steps in place to make sure that alignment was met.As you can imagine by now, this was not going to be an easy task given that Bags of Love were involved. The printing had to be put on hold due to stock issues of the canvas."We will be getting more stock on February 15th, and then we'll begin the reprint".February 15th arrives... "There's still no stock; the next date we've been told is the 26th February".February 26th arrives... "Apologies sir, there's been another delay, the next date is 30th March".As we're not quite there yet, I can't tell you how the story finishes, although I'll imagine it's something along the lines of... "Sorry sir, but as previously discussed, we are completely incapable of operating as an online business; please wait some more."To put that into context, that will be over 4 months since the original order and over 3 months since the initial complaint.I've also quite ironically been offered a full refund in the form of a voucher - I believe the customer support agent has a sense of humour; that's the only conclusion I can come to from this.I am somewhat baffled at how this company operates when they allow saga's like this to happen.Today I have requested the 75% refund and refuse to continue on this email thread (which I can only assume is being used for a YouTube bloopers reel).

I searched the web for ages to to find a company that produced Tea Towels and had good reviews. I was despairing of finding someone but then Bags of Love came up. Their web site is very very easy to use, templates and auto input of photos is simple. I was still not sure how they would turn out. They came today and the photo printing quality is lovely, all three look stunning. So thrilled. Definitely recommend but be sure to use good quality photographs. Mine were wedding photos.

I ordered a chopping board for my mother-in-law with a personal photograph, unfortunately on the initial order 2067436, I had advertently added a obscure blue line; when it arrived I was gutted; upon contacting BagsOfLove they arranged a replacement (order#2072907) at a discount price (saving me the delivery cost) which I was very grateful for; when the parcel arrived yesterday, unexpectedly two replacement chopping boards had been sent; my in-laws are over the moon with the gifts, the replacements to be used as matching bedside cabinets mats either side of their bed.Many Thanks Bags of Love, definitely will use you again, can not fault the service. I did a similar gift for my 84 year old Mum but a photo of her parents and brother; she was so touched she burst into tears having lost her family sometime ago. She repeatedly told me she loved it.It has become a table mat next to her favourite armchair so she can view it everyday. Thank you again, I could not have had better reactions.

I ordered a custom jigsaw and it is great! The website is so easy to use and production and delivery was so quick! Fab!

Re 2 Xmas tree decorations. Photos were not printed as order, ending up with half baby's head missing and other with baby's head enlarged so tag hole through it. Photos printing good quality but no use with misaligned photo. Emailed and was told would be looked into. Apparently you cannot have any unprinted area. So photos are automatically enlarged so there is no white border. This is not clear on website and results in only centre of photo being printed and some of photo being left off.

When I ordered a personalised money box, I wasn’t sure whether my order was going to be as requested as the photo in my confirmation email looked cropped.I contacted Abhinav who replied quickly and reassured me that the original photo would be used and the confirmation photo wasn’t the whole picture.I went ahead (hesitantly) but the item arrived very quickly and was perfect.I would order again through bagsoflove.Thank you!Barb.

I ran out of patience. It had been a month because of the Covid delivery situations. I reached out to the Bags of Love Team. And received sincere apologies and given a coupon for a future purchase for the delay.I felt bad because I had acted pretty raw because of the delay. But I received the BEENIES and masks within 3 days and couldnt have been more happy with the design and quality. I will definitely order again in the future. Since the coupon doesnt have a grace period I can do that at anytime!! This is definitely the way a company should do business!!!

The double sided fleece blanket is absolutely amazing. The time zone difference made communication extremely difficult and added extra days to placing order, but the product is TOTALLY worth it! Truly a special gift for our friend fighting cancer.
